摘    要:为提高被动插孔的成功率,对被动插孔型的轴孔装配作业影响因素进行分析,通过建立三点接触状态几何模型,分析轴类零件重心运动轨迹,求解被动插孔时轴类零件发生卡死时的极限偏转角;分析被动插孔装配过程中轴类零件长度、倒角尺寸及摩擦系数对极限偏转角的影响程度,结果表明,通过提高轴类零件长度、增大倒角尺寸和降低摩擦系数,均可增大极限偏转角;最后,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性;为轴类零件被动柔顺装配极限偏转角的计算和提高装配插孔成功率提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the success rate of the passive jack,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of passive jack-type shaft hole assembly operations.By establishing the three-point contact state geometric model,analyzing the trajectory of the center of gravity of the shaft parts,and the limit deflection Angle of the axle part when the passive jack is jammed is solved;Analyzing the influence of shaft length,chamfer size and friction coefficient on the limit deflection angle during the assembly process of the passive jack.The results show that the ultimate deflection angle can be increased by increasing the length of shaft parts and the chamfer size,as well as decreasing the friction coefficient.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through experiments;it provides a theoretical basis for calculating the limit deflection Angle of passive compliant assembly of shaft parts and improving the success rate of assembly jack.
