混合算法求解装配线平衡与多技能工分配研究

针对装配线平衡和多技能员工分配集成优化问题,构建以装配线平衡率和员工技能训练收益两个不同指标的数学模型,并提出混合粒子群优化算法对该模型进行求解。依据集成问题特征,采用整数编码,保证解的可行性;提出定向变异方式,通过计算变异点的所有变异结果的适应度值,选择适应度高的个体;设计邻域结构进行局部搜索,提高解的质量和搜索效率。最后,采用提出的方法对实际案例进行求解,结果表明,所提出的混合优化算法能有效地改善装配线平衡,提高员工技能培训收益。

Research the Assembly Line Balance and Multi-skilled Worker Assignment Using Hybrid Optimization Algorithm

Aiming at the integrated optimization problem of assembly line balance and multi skilled worker assignment,a mathematical model with two different indexes of assembly line balance rate and worker skill training benefit is constructed,and a hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the model.According to the characteristics of the integration problem,integer coding is used to ensure the feasibility of the solution;a directional mutation method is proposed to select the individuals with high adaptability by calculating the fitness value of all the mutation results of the mutation points;a neighborhood structure is designed for local search to improve the quality and efficiency of the solution.Finally,the proposed method is used to solve the actual case.The experimental results show that the proposed hybrid optimization algorithm can effectively improve the balance of the assembly line and improve the benefit of staff skills training.
