NBR/PVC橡塑合金辐射防护材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:为了满足辐射防护的要求以及发展结构功能一体化柔性防护材料的需求,研制了一种新型的橡塑合金复合防护材料。通过力学性能和屏蔽性能测试发现,该复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,且材料的中子与伽马屏蔽性能良好,随着功能填料含量的不断增加,中子和伽马屏蔽性能也不断提升,但材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率不断减小。辐照实验显示,电子束硫化后的样品比硫磺硫化后的样品拥有更出色的力学性能。综合考虑该材料良好的中子与伽马屏蔽性能、拉伸性能与柔韧性能等特性,其在形状较为复杂的核动力设施以及辐射防护服等领域具有较大的应用潜力。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements for radiation protection and the development of structure-function integration of flexible shielding materials,a new type NBR/PVC blend shielding composite was prepared. The results of tensile tests and neutron and gamma-ray shielding experiments of the composite show that the composite has high tensile strength and elongation at break,and the neutron and gamma-ray shielding performance of the composite retains a high level. With the increase of functional filler content,the neutron and gamma-ray shielding performance increases,but the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease at the same time. The irradiation test shows that mechanical properties of electron beam cured specimen are better than that of sulfur cured specimen. Ta-king into account the excellent neutron and gamma-ray shielding performance,tensile property and flexibility of the composite,it has far reaching application potential in nuclear equipment in complex shapes and radiation shielding clothing.
