浅析全球金融危机下大学生就业的观念之争与就业需求结构之困

全球金融危机下，大学生就业难的问题日益突出。解析了目前社会对大学生就业观的争议及我国经济就业需求结构的困境，提出了国家应出台与合理配置社会资源匹配的更加积极的政策和措施；促使大学生转变就业观念，树立正确的择业观；改善经济产业结构性矛盾突出的问题，拓宽就业渠道；大力扶持中小企业和民营企业的发展；高校的发展应与社会经济的发展同步等五项解决大学生就业难的措施与对策。

The Employment Concept of University Graduates and the Struggle with Structure Under the Global Financial Crisis

The issue of university students employment becomes increasingly prominent with the global financial crisis. The paper analyzes the disputes of current students employment concept as well as the plight of China＇s industrial structure , proposes five measures and countermeasures to solve the difficulties of job hunting, which are the more active policies and measures to match the rational allocation of national resources to be put forward by the government ; the change and establishment of the correct employment concept; the improvement of contradiction in industrial structure to broaden the channels of employment ; the support of the development in small and medium enterprises and private enterprises ; the simultaneous development between colleges and the socio-economic development.
