摘    要:缺陷普遍存在于蜂窝材料中,对蜂窝材料的压缩变形机制和性能均有不同程度的影响.利用有限元法模拟研究了蜂窝铝的压缩过程,分析了制备蜂窝铝的过程中可能存在的缺陷及其数量,如断边、填充、大孔(SBS)、小孔(BSB)缺陷,研究了缺陷对其变形机制、屈服强度、平台应变和能量吸收特性的影响.研究结果表明:断边和大孔缺陷对蜂窝铝屈服强度的影响较为显著;而填充和小孔缺陷对平台应变和能量吸收的影响较为显著.

Abstract:Defects widely exist in honeycomb and the effects of defects on compression properties and deform- ation behaviour of honeycomb are different.The compressive process of aluminum honeycomb are studied by using fi nite element simulation,the effect of defects and its number on deformation behaviour.yield strength,strain platform and energy-absorption are analyzed,Those defects,such as broken edge,fill in cellular,big cellular(SBS)and small cel- lular(BSB),probably exist when aluminum honeycomb is prepared.The resuhs show that the effect of broken edge and big cellular(SBS)on the yield strength of aluminum honeycomb are more prominent,and the effect of fill in cellular and small cellular(BSB)on the strain platform and energy-absorption of aluminum honeycomb are more prominent.
