液压位置伺服系统的模糊免疫自适应PID控制

摘    要:以闪光对焊机为研究对象,针对其液压伺服系统存在的非线性、参数不确定性以及负载干扰等特点,借鉴生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节作用和模糊逻辑推理的自适应性,设计出一种模糊免疫自适应PID控制器。建立液压伺服控制系统的数学模型,并利用AMESim建模与仿真软件对液压伺服控制系统进行了分别采用模糊免疫自适应PID控制与常规PID控制的仿真对比试验。结果表明:该控制器性能优于传统的PID控制器,具有良好的快速响应特性、较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。
