基于PLC的伺服驱动填充系统的设计

摘    要:基于PLC和伺服驱动技术,设计伺服驱动填充系统。介绍该系统的组成和工作过程,重点阐述该系统的电气原理和PLC程序设计,指出实际调试中需要注意的问题并给出相应的解决方法。设备调试完毕后的试运行结果表明,填充量误差都在允许的范围之内。

Abstract:Based on PLC and servo drive technology,a servo driver filling system was designed.The composition and working process of the system were introduced.The electrical principle and PLC program design were expounded.The problems needed to notice in the actual debugging process were pointed out and corresponding solution were given.The commissioning result shows that the tolerance of filling volume is in allowable range.
