摘    要:针对研磨机对进给量控制精度不足和欠稳定的问题,根据玻璃烫钻加工工艺的要求,研究比较了进给机构,并确定了玻璃烫钻的进给方案,同时研究了机床传动链,得出了机械传递函数及固有频率,为避免共振提供了理论支持.电气控制系统采用电流环、速度环和位置环3环控制方案,通过工程整定的方法首先对电流环控制器和速度环控制参数进行了确定.在此...
