锦屏二级水电站10kV开关保护防跳回路异常分析

摘    要:分析了锦屏二级水电站10kV厂内渗漏排水泵开关位置指示异常,且断路器分闸后无法再次合上的问题,对比了断路器配置的南瑞保护防跳回路和施耐德开关本体防跳回路的差异,得出保护防跳回路和断路器本体防跳回路应用范围,提出了四种断路器防跳回路的改进方案,并比较了各自的优缺点。

Anomaly Analysis of 10 kV Switch Protection Anti-Jump Circuit in Jinping Two Stage Hydropower Station

Abstract:Analysis was made to the abnormal switch position indication of 10 kV internal leakage drainage pump in Jinping two stage hydropower station and the problem that the circuit breaker couldn't be closed again later on. By comparing Nari protection anti-jump circuit switch with Schneider body anti-jump circuit which the circuit breaker configured, the application ranges for protection anti-jump circuit and body antijump circuit were obtained. This paper proposed four kinds of improved anti-jump circuit-breaker circuits and compared each advantage.
