| 摘 要： | 笔者对在高职建立体育俱乐部的可行性进行了分析,提出了建立体育俱乐部的实施与管理办法.在高职院校高年级中建立体育俱乐部是必要且可行的,俱乐部的建立可培养学生自觉锻炼的行为、掌握科学锻炼身体的方法、丰富学校体育的内容、树立现代体育意识,为终身体育服务.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the feasibility of founding P.E club in higher vocational school, the author brings up the method of founding P.E club. Founding P.E club is necessary and feasible in senior grade of higher vocational school. Founding P.E club can cultivate students' behavior of exercising by themselves; expand the content of P.E education; build up the sense of up to date P.E and serve to the whole life P.E. |
