| 摘 要： | 糯扎渡水电站建设规模大，环境影响因素多且涉及面广。为此，分析了工程区环境现状及主要环境敏感保护目标，对水库淹没、水库蓄水运行、陆生生物、鱼类、水土流失、移民安置社会环境，以及施工期三“废”和噪声排放等环境影响问题提出了减免措施。 |

| Abstract: | The construction of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is large in construction scale with many environment impact factors and wide involving aspect. Therefore this paper analyzes the status quo of environment in the project area, major sensitive protecting objectives and puts forward the alleviation measures for the environment impact problems such as reservoir inundation, the operation of reservoir impoundment, biology, fishery, soil and water losses, social environment of resettlement, the waste materials and noise during construction period. |
