摘    要:分析了TIPS-1几何造型系统用于三维模锻件及其模具设计制造的可能性和问题,针对其中一些问题,对该系统做了改造和发展,包括:发展了一个零件层次运算系统,用于产生模具型槽;加强了该系统剖取截面的能力;发挥了一个新处理器用来处理截面数据,从而获得单个锻件或一组锻件的等效毛坯图。

Abstract:The potential of TIPS-1version 77 for the designing and manufacturing of 3-D forgings and their dies are evaluated. Some improvements of TIPS-1 are introduced to correct the deficiencies which are noted, including the development of a part level operation system to produce die cavities, the enhancement of the capability to obtain sections, and the development of a new Processor to process the section data so that the equivalent bar diagram for a single forging or a group of forgings can be drawn.
