摘    要:YDC-Ⅲ87型刀杆式三向测力仪不仅具备一般压电测力仪的高刚度、高固有频率等优良的动态性能,而且具有结构简单、性能可靠价格全家等优点。本文从理论与实践两方面介绍了测力仪的动态参数设计和背景性环结构的优化设计,并简要介绍经优化后的测力仪静态与动态性能的温度效应实验。

Abstract:YDC-Ⅲ87 shank type dynamometer, besides having all advantages of a piece-electric dynamometer such as high rigidity, high sensitivity, good dynamic characteristics, acquires also the features of simplicity in construction and lightness and price is lower then others. This paper describes the principle of selection of its dynamic parameters and the method of calculation for structural optimization of its elastic link, both in theory and practice. In the end of this paper is given a brief introduction of the method of calibration of static and dynamic technical characteristics, and the experiment for temperature effect.
