叶轮机械叶片的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:本文讨论了基于叶轮机械三元流动通用理论的叶型设计及优化过程,改进了叶型积迭和叶片加工用平面样板曲线的计算方法,发展了绘制叶片和叶轮的各种平面投影、空间轴测投影及消除被遮盖的隐藏线的计算机绘图方法,并已获得实际应用。本文给出了典型的实例。

Abstract:Based on Wu's general theory of 3-D flow in turbo machines, a computer-aided design method (CAD) has been developed for blades of axial compressor, wind turbine and for impeller of centrifugal compressor. The methods of profile stacking and calculation or temples curves are described. The computer graphics technologies are successfully applied to the procedures of blade design and modification. The methods of plating plane projections and space axonometric images and removing hidden lines are developed. These methods have become a part of CAD system for turbo machines and obtained practical applications. Examples applied in the designs of axial compressor, wind turbine and centrifugal compressors are given in this paper.
