摘    要:
本文研究了环境湿度对呋喃树脂、酚醛尿烷树脂、多元醇-聚氨酯树脂自硬砂固化性能的影响,通过扫描电镜的观察及红外光谱分析,提出湿度对树脂砂粘结桥破坏机理是水分的解吸作用及化学降解作用,并找出改进措施,通过加入Si403、Si409等偶联剂来改变粘结桥界面及粘结桥本身的性质,达到了增强抗湿的效果。

Abstract:
The influence of the environment humidity on the curing strength of the rosin sand (furne phenols, phonelic-arethane, polyel-urethane resin) in the curing and storage process has been invest-agate. By using the infrared spectrum analysis and S.E.M. observation, the rupture mechanism of the humidity to the blading bridge of the rosin sand was presented and the tm proving method was found. The blading characteristics between the blading bridge and the sand particles surfaces were improved by adding the addition agents of Kil-550, Si400 or Si400 and effect of the anti-humidity of the resin sand was strengthened.
