| 摘 要： | 兖州焦化厂在生产经营中坚持以人为本的发展思路，坚持以质量求生存、以市场为导向、促进企业快速健康发展指导思想，全面加强企业管理，加大产销力度，推行低成本战略，并坚持科技创新，从而使生产经营步入良性循环轨道，2000年实现利税669万元，促进了企业发展。

| Abstract: | In production and management,Yanzhou coking plant adheres to the dvelopment thinking taking person as the basis,adheres to the guiding ideology to strive for living taking quality and take market as the guiding direction promoting rapid and healthy development of enterprise,strengthen enterprise's adminis trating in an all round way,steps on the dynamics of production and selling,practises the low cost strategy and adheres to science innovation,thus getting into the orbit of correct circle to the production and selling,realizing profit and tax of 6690 thousand yuan(RMB)in 2000 and promoting the development of enterprise. |
