BKX-I型并联机床的随机振动响应分析

摘    要:应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对BKX-I型并联机床进行了随机振动响应分析,分别获得了机床各节点沿机床虚拟x、y、z轴向的位移随机振动响应曲线。在此基础上,对该并联机床随机振动响应规律进行了分析,明确了该机床随机振动响应的特点和数量级。

Abstract:By using finite element method,the power spectral density analysis of the BKX-I parallel kinematic machine based on Stewart mechanism was made.The displacement stochastic vibration response curves of all nodes on this PKM which is along the variable axis were gotten.On this basis,the disciplinarian of displacement stochastic vibration response was analyzed and the characteristics and scalar of response were confirmed.
