粘土陶粒轻质高性能混凝土的研究

摘    要:利用两种粘土陶粒分别作为骨料和其它普通常规材料配制高强高性能轻质混凝土,分别对配置的高强高性能非泵送轻质混凝土与泵送轻质混凝土的物理力学性能、耐久性及其它性能进行了测试.试验结果表明,该轻质混凝土除具备一般轻骨料混凝土自重轻、导热系数低、保温隔热性能好等优点外,其物理力学性能、弹性模量、握裹粘结强度等性能良好,符合普通混凝土的一般规律;抗渗和抗冻融性能优于普通混凝土.

Abstract:We use two types of clay pelletes as the aggregate and other common meterial seperately to compound high strengh,high performance lightweight concrete.Then we conduct the tests of physical properties,duriability and other performance on high strengh and high performance hightweight concrete that not pumped and pumped.The results show that this lightweight concrete have features of light self-quality,low coefficient of thermal conductivity and good performance of thermal isolation.Moreover,it has perfect physical performance,modulus of elasticity,grip of concrete,bonding strength and accord with the regular law about common concrete.In additon,its permeability and resistance to freezing and thawing is better than common concrete.
