摘    要:介绍了抗菌保鲜膜的研究理论及对其性能的改进和应用,其中包括抗菌膜的类型,抗菌理论模型,食品级的抗菌试剂,以及抗菌包装的法规,最后介绍在抗菌膜应用中的一种新的研究方法.
