| 摘 要： | 介绍了有机金属先驱体In(η5-C5H5)分解制备铟(In)和氧化铟(In2O3)纳米颗粒的实验方法,并利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察制备的In和In2O3纳米颗粒的微观结构. |
