摘    要:结合华尔润玻璃产业股份有限公司浮法四线10000Nm/h烟气脱硝中试项目,介绍了SCR脱硝的技术原理、中试试验的工艺流程;总结了试验过程中反应温度、氨氮比对脱硝效率的影响,以及不同清灰方式的运行效果;探讨了玻璃窑炉燃料种类、燃烧特点、清灰方式、碱金属中毒等对脱硝效率和系统运行的影响;展望了新型催化剂技术在玻璃窑炉烟气脱硝上的应用前景。

Abstract:The principle of SCR de-nitrification , process of pilot-plant test were described , the effect of temperature , ammonia-nitrogen ratio on de-nitrification efficiency , and operational effect of various sootcleaning methods were summarized in connection with practical experience on 4^th float glass production line of Farun glass industrial Co., Ltd.. The effect of different fuel ,combustion features , soot-cleaning method , poisoning from alkali metals on de-nitrification efficiency and operational effect was discussed . The future application of new catalyst to flue gas de-nitrification of glass furnace was anticipated.
