威布尔分布产品参数估计极大似然优化方法

航空、航天、机械等领域的许多产品寿命服从威布尔分布，威布尔分布参数估计的极大似然方法是通用方法，可适用于完全样本、截尾样本。在最小二乘法参数估计基础上，提出了寿命服从威布尔分布产品的分布参数估计和分布参数区间估计的极大似然优化方法；解决了实数范围内快速搜索求解参数估计极大似然超越方程问题。所提出的优化方法，可进行威布尔分布参数和分布参数区间的快速估计，既可用于完全样本，又可用于定数截尾样本或定时截尾样本。

Optimized Maximum Likelihood Estimation Method of Parameters Estimation for Weibull Distributed Item

Weibull distribution is widely used in aeronautic, astronautic and mechanical industry. Maximum likelihood estimation method of parameters and interval parameters is the effective one which can be used in complete sample and truncation sample. In this paper, based on parameters estimation of least square approximate method, an optimized maximum likelihood estimation method of parameters and interval parameters is presented. Using the search solution strategy of transcendtal equation of parameters estimation, the estimation of parameters and interval parameters can be quickly obtained by the proposed method. The method can be easily used in complete sample and truncation sample.
