| 摘 要： | 红外线涂料是专门用于提高锅炉保温层辐射强度的一种保温涂料,河南油田第二采油厂通过多项试验对比,表明在注汽锅炉辐射段内壁涂上一层远红外线涂料,可以大幅度提高锅炉的热效率,节约燃料,产生较大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Long range infrared coating is a special thermal insu-lation coating for increasing radiation intensity of insulating b arrier of furnace.Several experiments in the secondary re-covery company in He nan Oilfield Company showed that a long range infrared coating on the inner wall of steam in-jection furnace can improve thermal efficiency of furnace by a big margin,and save large amount of fuel,thus the economic benefits are remarkab le. |
