| 摘 要： | 使用铌酸锂（ＬＮ）晶体制作了有三个声电光互作用通道的调制器，并进行了空分型声电光频谱分析实验。它可减小声光频谱分析器由于器件自身频率特性的限制而产生的分析误差，提高分析精度达３０％。

| Abstract: | A modulator with three Acousto Electro Optic(AEO) interaction channels is made on crystal Lithium Niobate(LN).A space share spectrum analytical experiment shows the modulator can decrease the error of the Acousto Optic spectrum analyzer due to the frequency charactor limit of the device itself, thus the analytical accuracy can be increased up to 30%. |
