超低相位噪声超高速声表面波雷达频率综合器

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的高性能雷达频率综合器的制作方法,即采用声表面波技术制作高性能的雷达频综器。采用这种方法成功地制造了L波段、S波段、C波段超低相位噪声超高速频率综合器。该类频综输出信号具有极低相位噪声(1.6GHz处:单边带相位噪声Lm(1kHz)=-127dBc/Hz;3.4GHz处:Lm(1kHz=-122dBc/Hz;6.8GHz处:Lm(1kHz)=-116dBc(Hz)、极短的频率切换时间(约160ns)、低杂波电平(L波段为-70dB;S波段为-65dB;C波段为-60dB)、较多频点(51点)等多项优异性能。同时,该频综通过了各项环境试验的考核,且长期工作性能稳定。

Abstract:Novel radar frequency synthesizers with high performance have been fabricated through SAW technology, by which extreme low phase noise, ultra high speed frequency synthesizers in L,S, and C band have been successfully made. These synthesizers are featured with extreme low phase noise (single side band phase noise L m(1 kHz)=-127 dBc/Hz at 1.6 GH; L m(1 kHz)=-122 dBc/Hz at 3.4 GH; L m(1 kHz)=-116 dBc/Hz at 6.8 GHz), extreme short time for frequency switching (about 160 ns),low spurious level(-70 dB,-65 dB,and -60 dB for L,S and C band respectively),and comparatively more frequency channels(51 channels). These synthesizers have passed various environmental tests and shown long term work stability.
