赤泥酸浸回收钛的实验研究

摘    要:对某氧化铝厂的赤泥进行了酸浸回收钛的研究,考察了硫酸浓度、温度、液固比对钛浸出率的影响。结果表明,在硫酸浓度7 mol/L,温度90℃,浸取时间2.5 h,液固比3∶1的条件下,赤泥中钛的浸出率达85%以上。

Abstract:This paper studied titanium recovery from red mud produced by alumina plant through acid leaching process.Inspected concentration of sulphuric acid,temperature and liquid-solid ratio impact on titanium leaching rate.The experimental result showed that concentration of sulphuric acid was 7 mol/L,temperature was 90℃,leaching time was 2.5 h,liquid-solid ratio was 3∶1.The leaching rate of titanium reached to over 85%.
