Nb-Ti复合高强钢的强化机理研究

摘    要:通过EBSD和TEM等手段对0.08C-1.60Mn-0.12Ti-0.04Nb高强钢的强化机理进行研究,发现其组织是细小的中温铁素体加少量M/A岛加少量先共析铁素体,其平均等效晶粒大小只有3.61μm2,在铁素体基体上存在纳米级的(Ti、Nb)(C、N)的第二相析出,只是钢板中部与1/4厚度相比,尺度略小,数量略多。

Abstract:The microstructure of Nb-Ti-bearing hot-rolled HSLA steel sheet was investigated by EBSD and TEM.The steel has the structure which consists of very fine ferrite and a small fraction of residual austenite.The equivalent grain size of ferrite phase determined by EBSD is 3.61μm2.Carbonitrides nanophase of titannium and niobium precipitated in ferrite base were found by TEM.The precipitation particles in 1/2 position along the thickness direction have a higher concentration and smaller sizes compared with those in 1/4 position.
