摘    要:在中厚板加速冷却过程中, 无法检测钢板温度的动态变化, 这使得加速冷却过程的精确控制变得困难. 本文提出了一种新的控制方法, 把冷却的控制目标转化为冷却装置沿长度方向上的温度分布曲线, 采用热物理模型估计钢板在冷却装置各位置处的温度分布. 应用模型预测控制, 根据温度估计值实时优化控制变量, 使过程温度分布与目标温度分布曲线一致. 仿真结果表明, 本方法能够较好的克服冷却过程中钢板开冷温度不均匀、钢板打滑等不确定性, 提高了控制精度, 并保证钢板长度方向温度的均匀性.

Abstract:The dynamic temperature of plate can not be measured inside of cooling section in an accelerated cooling and controlled(ACC) process.This makes it difficult to accurately control the temperature of the cooling process. A new control method is presented for the control of ACC, in which the control objective is the temperature profile along the cooling equipment; and the thermo-physical model is used to estimate the temperature distribution along the cooling equipment. A model-predictive-controller is applied to optimize the manipulated variables according to the temperature distribution estimated by the thermo-physical model. The simulation results show that, by this method, the effects of disturbance and uncertainty are eliminated in the cooling process; and the requirement of temperature uniformity of plate along the longitudinal direction is satisfied.
