| 摘 要： | 通过优化H08A钢冶炼工艺路线,转炉采用双渣法操作,放钢过程不加合金,吹氩、RH炉脱氧、脱气、升温等处理,节约了脱氧剂用量,降低了生产成本,钢水流动性好,铸坯没有皮下气泡缺陷。

| Abstract: | By smelting prcess of H08A optimizatin, double-slag method in converter is adopted, the process including without alloy element in release steel, argon blowing, desoxidation of RH fumace, degasing and temperature rising are treated, amount of deoxidizer is saved, production cost is decreased. Meanwhile, molten steel has a good fluidity, bubble defect in slab can overcome. |
