平班水电站国道改建边坡稳定性评价研究

摘    要:由于平班水电站的建设导致盘百公路改道,改道后的国道边坡紧邻水电站进水口,其中一段中部坡体于2002年5月发生了滑动,因此,国道改建边坡的稳定性对平班水电站的安全运行具有重要影响。本文根据已滑边坡的信息,利用稳定性试算结果对边坡岩体的力学参数进行反复试算和校核,得出符合边坡实际状态的力学参数,并利用该参数对该边坡上段进行了稳定性计算,指出现有的加固措施尚不能满足安全要求;同时,根据计算结果对该边坡提出具体加固措施。毗邻该边坡的进水口边坡利用上述研究成果进行了稳定性和加固力的计算,并根据计算结果设计加固和施工方案,目前,该边坡的稳定状况良好。

Abstract:The Pan-Bai National Highway changes its course because of construction of Pingban Hydropower Station.The road slope of the highway after reconstruction is located closely to the intake of the Hydropower Station.A section of the slope body slipped down in May of 2002 endangering the safe operation of Hydropower Station. Based on the information of the landslide, the mechanics parameters of the slope body in actual state were obtained through careful stability calculations and checking. The stability of the upper slope body was calculated with the parameters obtained.Results showed that the existing reinforcement measure could not meet the safe requirement. Some strengthening measures were proposed according to the calculation and the stability and strengthening force of the intake slope adjoining the national highway slope were calculated again. Accordingly, the strengthening design and construction scheme were put forward.The stability state of the slope body is in a stable condition at present.
