摘    要:用管式转炉研究了煤系高岭土氯化焙烧除铁增白工艺的影响因素及其机理。其主要控制参数是升温速度、恒温温度及恒温时间、炉内气氛等;其反应机理是高岭土中的含铁矿物主要以FeO参与氯化反应,氯化产物从料层表面逸出后被排出

Abstract:The process and mechanism of chloridizing roasting of kaolinite containing coal have been investigated with a tubing furnace The main control parameters are the rising rate of temperature, the fixed roasting temperature and time, the environment in the furnace, etc The mechanism is the iron minerals react with chlorinates in the form of FeO and the chlorinates are drained away from the tubing furnace after escaping from the kaolinite
