漆树籽油开发利用研究进展

漆树籽油具有极大的开发价值,亚油酸含量高达60%,还含有多种药理活性成分,具有较高的营养和医药价值。本文从漆树地理种源、品种、理化性质、脂肪酸成分、提取方法和药理功能6个方面总结归纳我国目前漆树籽油的研究进展,并对比其他植物油,分析了漆树籽油目前研究中存在的问题并给出建议,希望能推动漆树籽油研究的进一步发展,为后续漆树籽油的研究与产业开发提供理论参考。

Research progress on the development and utilization of lacquer tree seed oil

Lacquer seed oil has great value to use, not only the content of linoleic acid up to 60%, also contains a variety of pharmacological active ingredients. In general, it has a high nutritional and medicinal value. In this paper, the research progress of lacquer tree seed oil in China is summarized from 6 aspects of geographical origin, variety, physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition, extraction method and pharmacological function, and compared with other vegetable oils, analyzed the problems in current research of lacquer seed oil and gave suggestions. Hope to promote the further development of lacquer seed oil research and provide theoretical reference for the research and industrial development of lacquer seed oil.
