液体低碱复合速凝剂的试验研究

摘    要:采用四组分复合的方法合成了一种液体低碱复合速凝剂.性能测试结果表明,这种液体速凝剂满足国内现行建材行业标准对喷射混凝土用速凝剂一等品的要求,并与常用高效减水剂适应性较好,适应性明显优于粉状高碱固体商品速凝剂.通过采用SEM测试手段对水泥硬化体微观结构进行深入分析,阐述了促进早期水泥水化和硬化的速凝机理.

Abstract:A type of liquid state composite setting accelerator with low content of alkali for Portland cement was composed by means of four constituents composition. Results of property testing showed that the liquid state setting accelerator for Portland cement could be satisfied with the current standard requirement for first-rate product ofshotcrete setting accelerator in the domestic building materials industry, and that the adaptability of the common superplasticizer with the liquid state setting accelerator was obviously more than with power state high alkaline commodity setting accelerator. Thorough analysis of microstructure in hardened cement paste by SEM testing method, indicated that accelerating setting mechanism of the liquid state setting accelerator was kept functioning at the very stage of cement hydration and hardening.
