柴油加氢精制装置换热器隔板断裂原因分析

摘    要:柴油加氢精制装置的两台高压换热器投用不到4年,发现管箱隔板断裂。通过对隔板的检查和分析,判断隔板断裂属于连多硫酸引起的应力腐蚀开裂。硫和硫化氢与隔板表面反应形成FeS,FeS在氧气和水的作用下形成连多硫酸,导致连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂。文末提出了相应的防护措施。

Abstract:The partition plates in two high-pressure heat exchangers in diesel hydrotreating unit experienced cracking in less than 4 years after the heat exchangers were commissioned. The examination and analysis reveal that the cracking of the plates is the result of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) caused by polythionic acid. The polythionic acid is formed by the reaction of oxygen and water with FeS on the surface of the plates which is the result of reaction of plate surface with sulfur and hydrogen sulfide. The corresponding measures are suggested.
