摘    要:开发的抽油机井综合测试系统由测试、分析和评价 3个子系统组成。测试系统对抽油机井动液面、功图、电流、电压和功率因数进行测试 ;分析系统利用综合分析软件对油井功图、功率和效率等进行综合分析 ,得出分析结果 ,判断油井工作状况 ;综合评价系统依靠评价模型和评价参数k、s,对油井的分析结果做出综合评价。对 4口抽油机井的现场测试和综合评价表明 ,利用该系统可以最大限度地发挥抽油机井的工作效率 ,降低采油成本 ,有助于原油稳产、增产

Abstract:An integrated test system for rod-pumped wells is developed, which is comprised of three subsystems, i.e. the test subsystem, the analysis subsystem and the evaluation subsystem. The test subsystem is used for the test of the producing liquid level, dynamometer card, electric current, voltage and power factor; the analysis subsystem can make a comprehensive analysis of the dynamometer card, power and efficiency by means of analysis softwares, thereby indicates the working conditions of the well; while the evaluation subsystem conducts an overall evaluation on the analysis results through evaluation models. The result of test on 4 wells shows that, by using this test system, the efficiency of the rod pumped wells can be improved to a large extent, and the production cost can be lowered greatly.
