一种基于DeviceNet总线的嵌入式控制器双机热备系统

摘    要:通过双机间的心跳通信,为基于DeviceNet现场总线的嵌入式控制器构建一个双机热备系统.文中详细阐述了控制器的双机热备策略,并对双机热备中的身份识别、备用机切入、双机扫描周期的同步、故障机切出和双机间通信做了详细介绍,最后对热备份软件进行了任务划分,给出了各任务的协同关系.实验测试中,双机运行稳定,能够发现故障快速实现双机切换,故障机恢复后能够重新切入组成双机系统.

Abstract:By heart communication between dual controllers,builds a hot-standby embedded controller system on the DeviceNet fieldbus.In this paper explains hot-standby strategy and elaborates status recognition,standby controller′s cutting-in,scanning cycle synchronization between a pair of controllers,fault controller′s cutting-out and communication between two controllers in the hot-standby system.At the end of the paper,makes task partitioning to hot-standby software and gives relationship between tasks.In the experiment,hot-standby controller system run stable,can detect fault and quickly switch;fault controller can cut in after restoring and form dual-controller system with working controller.
