摘    要:研究了固溶+时效处理(T6)对AE42压铸镁合金在疲劳加载条件下的循环应力响应行为、疲劳寿命以及断裂行为的影响。结果表明,压铸态和固溶+时效态的AE42镁合金均表现为循环应变硬化,固溶+时效处理可导致AE42压铸镁合金的循环应力幅有所提高,并可有效提高AE42压铸镁合金的疲劳寿命。疲劳断口形貌观察结果表明,疲劳裂纹萌生于疲劳试样的表面,并以穿晶方式扩展。

Abstract:Influences of solid solution plus aging treatment(T6) on the cyclic stress response behavior,fatigue life and fracture behavior of die-cast AE42 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that AE42 magnesium alloys in different conditions as die-cast state and T6 heat treated state exhibit the cyclic strain hardening during fatigue deformation.Meanwhile,T6 heat treatment can improve the cyclic stress amplitude and fatigue life of the die-cast AE42 alloy.The observation of the fracture surfaces shows that the fatigue cracks are generated at the free surface of the specimens,and propagated in a transgranular mode.
