基于DSCSRR带通滤波器设计

摘    要:为提高带通滤波器的选择特性,文章基于逆开口谐振环(CSRR)的构造思路,首先提出一种菱形逆开口谐振环(DSCSRR),并对其左手特性加以证明;然后详细研究了改变其结构参数对DSCSRR传输特性的影响程度;最后设计了一款基于DSCSRR带通滤波器并对所设计的滤波器进行了实物加工和实验测量,测量结果与仿真结果表明,所设计滤波器的中心频率为4.02GHz,选择特性为170dB/GHz,带内抑制小于15dB。该新型滤波器不仅具有选择特性高,而且具有体积小、设计简单等优点。

Abstract:Inspired by CSRR(complementary split ring resonator),a novel structure named DSCSRR(diamond shaped complementary split ring resonator) was proposed in this article to enhance the selectivity of bandpass filter.And then its left-handed characteristics were presented and its transmission characteristic was studied.In the last a bandpass filter based on DSCSRR was designed and fabricated.The agreement of simulation and measurement results indicates that the proposed filter’s working frequency is 4.02 GHz,and its selectivity is 170dB/GHz,and insertion loss 15dB.The proposed filter have some advantages such as high selectivity,simple in design,and also compact in size.
