永磁直线电动机削弱齿槽力的槽极数配合分析

摘    要:采用傅里叶分解得到永磁直线电动机齿槽力的解析表达式,在此基础上,研究了减小永磁直线电动机齿槽力的槽极数的最佳配合,并利用有限元软件Ansoft进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:槽极数互质时能有效地减小永磁直线电动机的齿槽力。

Abstract:The analytical expression of the cogging force using Fourier decomposition for permanent magnet linear motor was gotten.The optimizing combination of tooth-slot number and permanent magnet number were researched to reduce the permanent magnet linear motor cogging force.And it was simulated by Ansoft.The simulation results show that when slot-poles number is co-prime,the cogging force in permanent magnet linear motor can be reduced effectively.
