开关磁阻起动/发电机设计方法研究

摘    要:开关磁阻起动/发电机是电动机与发电机的结合体。提出一种将经典电机设计与最新有限元设计相结合的电机设计方法,该方法将传统设计方法的快捷、简便与有限元设计方法的精确、直观等优点相结合。并且采用以发电机性能为主,兼顾起动性能的设计方式;在多场有限元联合仿真的基础上,设计并试制了一台循油冷却开关磁阻起动/发电机。实验证明,该设计方法适合于该类型电机。

Abstract:Switched reluctance starter/generator(SR S/G) is a combination of electromotor and generator.A new design method of combining classical motor design and latest finite element motor design was introduced.The advantages of the method include fast,easy of classical design and accuracy,visualization of finite element design.Generator performance was taken into account centrally,then starter performance was considered advisably.Based on the new design method,in which newly developed multi-field finite element simulation was used,an oil cooling multi-redundant SR S/G was designed and tested.The experiment results show that the new design method is suitable for such kind of motors.
