污泥厌氧消化工艺设计与运行中值得探讨的问题

摘    要:针对污泥厌氧消化工艺设计及运行管理过程中出现的问题,讨论了莫氏曲线的应用对象,提出了建立科学的污泥厌氧消化性能及系统运行评价体系的建议,探讨了厌氧消化工艺对不同污泥应用的可行性,分析了污泥产气中H:S浓度的变化规律,指出了制定泥质标准分析方法的必要性,以促进污泥厌氧消化工艺的研究,进一步优化工艺设计和提高运行管理水平。

Abstract:Aimed at some problems existing in design, operation and management of sludge anaerobic digestion process, the application of Moshi curve was discussed, the advice on establishing scientific evaluation system for sludge anaerobic digestibility and process operation was put forward, the feasibility of anaerobic digestion process application to different sludge was demonstrated, the variety rule on the concentration of HE S during sludge biogas production was analyzed, and meanwhile, the standard method of sludge chemical analysis which is imperative was listed to accelerate the development of scientific research work on sludge anaerobic digestion process, optimize the process design, and improve the operation and management level.
