| 摘 要： | 涤纶短纤生产中小七辊牵伸机运行故障多，经过对牵伸辊轴受力分析计算，轴的材质由45号钢改为40Cr；牵伸辊长由350mm改为300mm，使问题得以解决。

| Abstract: | There are many troubles during running of little seven roller draw machine in production of PER cut staple. After analyzing and calculation the forces on draw machine, the material of shafe was changed to 40Cr from steel No. 45, and the length of draw roller was shorted to 300mm from 350mm,so the problems got to be solved. |
