中国炼油企业能源构成和能量转换技术的发展趋势

摘    要:回顾了中国炼油企业能源构成从以渣油为主到综合利用炼厂气、催化裂化焦炭和渣油演变的历史;分析了当前影响中国炼油企业能源构成的资源、能源和环境压力等几大因素;指出了未来炼油企业的能源构成:除高效利用催化裂化焦炭和炼厂气中的甲烷以外,副产物都尽量作为化工原料,不足部分能源因地制宜采用煤或天然气。认为采用热电联供、CFB锅炉和水煤浆锅炉、大系统能量集成、工艺装置热联合、柔性设计和计算机辅助优化运行等能量转换新技术,是未来中国炼油企业的选择。

Abstract:The development history of energy configuration in domestic refineries from by taking residue as the main energy to making a comprehensive use of refinery gas, FCC coke and residue is reviewed. The factors affecting energy configuration in domestic refineries such as resources, energy sources and environment are analyzed and energy configuration in the future is proposed. FCC coke and the methane in refinery gas should be fully utilized and the by-product used as many chemical feedstocks as possible. Coal and natural gas can be used as supplemental energy. It is considered that co-generation, CFB boiler and water-coal slurry boiler, energy integration in big system, heat integration in process units, flexible design and the computer-aided optimal operation for energy conversion will be the selections for domestic refineries in future.
