摘    要:通过对4台1025t/h锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀现象的分析,认为其主要原因是锅炉一次风速较高,导致炉内气流在两侧墙中部区域产生较大的回流,使煤粉火焰刷墙、燃烧器的内外调风装置在热态时卡涩或者传动机构之间的装配间隙偏大,造成运行中内调风叶片位置难以进行准确调整和固定。

Abstract:Through analysis of four 1025 t/h boiler units, it is recognized that the main causes of high temperature corrosion of water walls in burner area are:higher velocity of primary air colliding,which leads the air to larger back flow in the middle areas near two side walls causing coal powder flame to scour the water wall;there occurs blockage of inner and outer registers of burners in hot state, or too large erection gap between driving mechanisms,so that the position of inner register blades can hardly be regulated precisely and be fixed. To solve the high temperature corrosing problem of water wall or reduce the corrosion rate, it is proposed to use metal coating by spray gun or aluminizing to the tubes in concerned area. It is better to add air flows close to left and right side walls to suppress or prevent coal powder flame from scouring water walls; to correct the driving mechanisms of burner register blades for flexible and reliable regulation and accurate positioning; and to reduce primary air flow so as to reduce the velocity of primary air leaving burners to design value as close as possible.
