摘    要:介绍了双加压硝酸装置中低压反应水冷凝器的作用和特性,通过对低压反应水冷凝器运行状况和泄漏现象分析,认为该设备发生腐蚀泄漏的主要原因是氯离子聚集的应力腐蚀,并提出了改进的建议:采用内孔焊接工艺、改变换热器结构、控制相关的工艺指标等。

Abstract:The function and features of the low-pressure reaction water condenser in a dual-pressure nitric acid plant was introduced. The analysis on the operation conditions and leakage of the condenser revealed that stress corrosion due to the gathering of the chloride ions was the key cause of the leakage of the condenser. Suggestions for correcting this problem were proposed.
