Abstract:The automatic control system for hot stoves of No. 3 BF is designed on the basis of PLC and mathematical model. The combustion control system, the automatic temperature control system with variable blast volume and staggered-parallel blowing, the stove changing control system and the data acquisition system without transmitters are described. Various safety measures for hot stoves are also introduced.
