基于CAN总线驱动器和异步收发器的通信网络

摘    要:分析和对比了RS485和CAN总线技术,指出RS485总线具有成本低和开发简单、而CAN总线具有可靠性高和通信距离远的特点;虽然它们的总线信号逻辑不同,但是它们与单片机的接口数字逻辑信号相同;在此基础上,结合两者的优点设计了基于CAN总线驱动器和异步收发器的通信网络,给出了基于该通信网络的一种应用形式;在Modbus主从式通信方式基础上,设计了新的适合多主通信方式的数据包格式,给出了发送节点的通信活动图,并详细陈述了基于有限状态机的通信流程和编程方法;该通信网络可以用于传统RS485总线很难满足要求、需要CAN总线的性能而又要求价格比较低的场合。
