| 摘 要： | 西部大开发急需大量的应用型专业人才，这是西部高校成人教育发展的良好机遇．抓住西部大开发的契机，大力发展成人教育最有效的途径就是走校企合作的路子，在保证教学质量的前提下，直接把办学点设到企业，解决学员的工学矛盾，切实为企业服务。

| Abstract: | A great number of applied professionals are in great need in the western development, which bringsabout excellent chances for the development of adult education in colleges. One of the most effective ways toseize the opportunity of western development and develop adult education vigorously is to take the way ofcooperation between colleges and enterprises. Under the premise of ensuring teaching qualities, it is helpful to setup colleges in enterprises directly to solve the contradiction between a learners job and study and to conscien-tiously serve the enterprises. |
