| 摘 要： | 本文述及一种预涂型螺纹密封胶产品的配方设计及制备工艺，通过系列试验证明了研制产品的主要性能与国外同类产品相当，具备技术可靠性和工艺可行性。目前，相关技术已在东风康明斯发动机装配线得以成功应用并具良好的推广前景。

| Abstract: | The formula design and preparing process of a preapplied sealant for screw thread were given.The results of a series of experiments showed that the main performanees of the obtained product was equal to that of similar abroad product,so the sealant has the reliability for technique and the feasibility for process.At present the sealant has been successfully used in the assembly line of Dongfeng Kangminsi engine and has a good extend prospect. |
