污泥中胞外聚合物(EPS)的研究进展

摘    要:本文介绍了污水处理厂剩余污泥中胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,EPS)的产生和组成(多糖、蛋白质、DNA、腐殖酸等);通过对影响EPS的因素研究发现:基质类型、溶解氧(DO)、污泥停留时间(SRT)和有机负荷率是最主要的影响因素;胞外聚合物在污泥处理系统中对污泥的絮凝性能、沉降性能、脱水性能及重金属吸附性能的影响,及其本身的生物降解性。胞外聚合物在废水生物处理中发挥着重要作用。

Abstract:The generation and composition of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in the sludge of a wastewater treatment plant were introduced which contained polysaccharide, protein, DNA, humic acid, etc. In the study of the influencing factors for EPS, it was found that matrix type, dissolved oxygen (DO), sludge retention time (SRT) and organic loading rate were the main effecting factors.
